The weeks continue to unfold in ways that are difficult for us to predict or imagine. We have been reminded of how important it is to take care of ourselves as an everyday practice because if you are in good health and your immune system is running strong, your body is made to fight off viruses. And one of the worst things for your immune system is stress and a poor diet. This is a good opportunity to take a moment and really look at your everyday practices, nutrition, and supplementation.
At times like this, we must also remind ourselves to pause, breathe,
and look at all that we do have to be grateful for.
At William's we continue to work tirelessly to keep ourselves informed, our shelves stocked and to keep our customers and staff as safe as possible during these unprecedented times. We will continue to adapt and make improvements as we are committed to continuing to be here to serve our community every day.

Maintain a social distance of 6 ft as much as practically possible.

When shopping @ William’s we ask that you wear face covering, to help us protect our staff and other customers.
Please do not touch anything you do not intend to purchase.
Allowing NO MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE TO ENTER THE STORE WITH EACH FAMILY/GROUP. This temporary change is for your safety and the safety of our employees and other members, and to further assist with our social distancing efforts. At times we might also need to ask you to wait in entering the store as to limit the number of people inside.
Customers may bring their own bags into the store, but we must ask you to bag your own items.
Our bulk section is no longer open for self service. Items are available for immediate purchase in 1Lb bags, depending on stock availability.
Returns accepted on unopened products only with receipt showing purchase in the last 30 days. We are unable to accept return on any of our bulk items.

Additional Precautionary Measures
We are following all updates from the California Department of Public Health, Contra Costa Health and Human Services, and the CDC. We are checking for new information daily, and we will follow any guidance issued by local, state, and national health officials.
In addition to the measures listed above, we are also:
Increasing cleaning efforts throughout the store, with a focus on high-touch areas, shopping carts, baskets, counters and pin pads.
Increasing signage throughout our stores in both Spanish and English.
Suspending all active and passive food and product sampling.
Hand sanitizer is available for customer use near the entrance door.
Thank you so much for your patience and your support over the past few days. We are listening to your suggestions, and doing everything in our power to make changes that serve you, but we also need to prioritize the health and well-being of our staff.
