At William's Natural Foods, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date with accompanying receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges including, but not limited to, the following:
The item was purchased more than 30 days ago
Items without an accompanying receipt
The item is severely damaged or worn
The item is considered a personal care item
The item is more than half used or is an open grocery item
CBD Items can only be returned if unopened
Bulk grocery items and tinctures cannot be returned
We cannot give credit for empty/near empty containers of supplements, herbs, empty body care products, or any product that is over half used; these items cannot be returned.
*CLEARANCE/FINAL SALE ITEMS, BULK ITEMS, OPEN GROCERY ITEMS & GIFT CARDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE*
PURCHASES MADE WITH A CHECK CANNOT BE REFUNDED UNTIL 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
ALL REFUNDS WILL BE MADE TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD - NO EXCEPTIONS.
When the original purchase was made with a debit/credit card - the same card must be presented for the refund to be processed.
Personal Check Policy
We accept all in-state checks. We need a driver's license and a current phone number.
