Adults take 1-2 teaspoons (tsp) daily.

This product contains cape aloe, senna, and chinese rhubarb.

Not for use in children under 18 years of age. Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for long term use.

Shake well before use. Keep out of reach of children.

Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Cape Aloe, Senna, and Chinese Rhubarb may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or have a medical condition.
