Epsom Salt Magnesium Sulfate USP, 5 lbs

Free of added fragrance, these 100% pure, medium-grain epsom salts help soothe tired muscles and feet after strenuous activity and gently exfoliate and wash away impurities.Bath: Add two cups of Epsom Salt to warm bath water. Soak for 20 minutes.
Foot Soak: Mix one cup of Epsom Salt in a foot bath and soak feet for 10 minutes.
Shower: Exfoliate skin in the shower by mixing a handful of Epsom Salt with shower gel or coconut oil and gently massaging onto skin.
