Banana Almond Smoothie

Serves 1 / Add this calcium-rich smoothie to your daily diet to help build stronger bones.

1 cup organic hemp milk (or your favorite milk)

2 tablespoons organic low-fat yogurt

1 tablespoon almond butter

1-2 tablespoons of Garden of Life's plant-based protein

1/2-1 frozen banana

1. Place all ingredients in blender and purée to desired consistency.
